We at ABI adhere to a simple premise in doing business with the customer. Give them great and innovative products first. Then follow up with a team of experts to help in the application and to solve any problems that may crop up. And to always be there to talk technical with the folks.

To that end, Gary Ford made a commitment more than a year ago when he hired Marc “Doc” Robinson as Technical Director---and more recently---Charles “Chuck” Bennett to round out the team. Doc’s metallurgical, casting and back shop expertise in jewelry manufacturing is coupled with Chuck, an expert benchman and jeweler. Doc has filled in Chuck’s knowledge on the metallurgical and casting side, so Chuck is well prepared to help you.

Peter Keddy, with his many years in the jewelry industry, is our third expert in the Trio. And his scope runs the gamut of knowledge and accompanying data. So much data, that Doc calls Keddy’s office “The Library”.

With all three of these experts on board at ABI, Gary’s commitment to the customer is now put into play. And don’t forget Somkid in Bangkok. For those of you there, please contact her for any questions or problems you may have. She will see to it that the message gets to us pronto.
